Scout Margin privacy policy

Scout Margin is a private, single-user resale dashboard. It uses information authorized by its owner from eBay only to track listings, sales, fees, shipping costs, and resale profit.

How information is used

• eBay information is used only for the owner’s resale bookkeeping and analysis.
• Information is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to modify marketplace listings.
• Access credentials are kept confidential and are not displayed publicly.

Retention and deletion

When eBay notifies Scout Margin that an account must be deleted, associated personal information is removed unless retention is legally required for tax or accounting purposes.
